Potter Gray Students
Win 2nd Place
"The Truth About SMA"
Potter Gray Elementary students recently competed in the Kentucky FIRST LEGO League Tournament (FIRST stands for "For Inspiration and Recognition in Science and Technology). The team, Potter Gray Body Builders took on the project of SMA Awareness and called it, "The Truth About SMA". Congratulations to the Potter Gray Body Builders for placing 2nd in the Teamwork category, due in large part to the community involvement factor of the project, and to the kids' passion for the cause. Thank you for helping us raise SMA awareness....4 Annie!

Family hopes to raise awareness after losing child to SMA
August 14, 2010-Only after 8 days since Annie's passing, this story ran in our local newspaper. Many asked how we could be so strong. I asked how could we not be? We feel that it is so important for others to know our story. Through Annie's journey, we hope to raise awareness.
